SAP OTC Analyst

Our industry leading client in Cincinnati is looking for an SAP OTC Business Analyst. This is a permanent, in-house position with full benefits. Our client offers relocation assistance if needed. The SAP OTC Business Analyst will be part of a large, in-house team and have the ability to grow within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Demonstrating an informed knowledge of the order to cash business area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis
  • Supporting several moderately complex business processes
  • Collection, analysis, and documentation of a client's business requirements
  • Configuration within OTC/SD/AFS modules of SAP
  • Working with a team to implement solutions.

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP OTC gathering requirements, configuring and customizing (SD pricing, order management, deliveries, ATP, billing)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions
  • Experience managing user requests, inquiries and troubleshooting problems in an Enterprise Systems landscape, and acting as 2nd level support to users
  • Bachelor's degree
