London Market Test Analyst (Permanent)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £65k
Our client is looking for a Test Analyst with London Market insurance experience.
The suited candidate can be either accustomed to Automated or Manual testing.
Experience with Eclipse greatly favoured.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in of the following technologies preferred
- SQL, PYTHON, Expertise in DB-related testing and ETL testing
- Knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehouse concepts, such as star schemas, snowflakes, dimensions, facts
- Testing experience with reporting and BI tools
- Writing basic SQLs to check record counts, data truncation, invalid data types, NULLs and data integrity, data transformation, aggregate functions testing
- Expertise preferred in testing our current or a similar analytics stack
- Experience in transforming complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries
- Willingness to follow Agile Testing practices and guidelines, including Defect Management
- Knowledge of Database objects and relational data model
- Understanding of ETL requirements (source-to-target mappings)
