Technical Architect (Contract)

Location: South West England Country: UK Rate: £550 - £575 per day
 
  • 6-month contract within a critical public service client
  • Hybrid working, South West base
  • Outside IR35 Rate

Technical Architect

* MUST be eligible for UK Security Clearances.*

Our client is currently looking for a Technical Architect, with experience working within control room environments, to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and documenting the organisation's existing Control Room technology stack, understanding the current functionalities of each technology, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive roadmap for future enhancements and optimizations.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on Control Room technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of UCCE, Nice, Call Logging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in developing technology roadmaps and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and technology trends in the contact center and control room domains.

Day to Day

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing Control Room technology landscape - UCCE
  • Document the current capabilities, configurations, and integrations of each technology component.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions to capture user feedback and pain points related to Control Room technologies.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the evolution of Control Room technology, outlining short-term and long-term goals.
  • Propose innovative solutions and enhancements to improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
