SAAS Business process Analyst (Contract)

Business Process Analyst - SAAS - 6 months Contract - WFH
Upto £500/Day Outside IR35
Our client has a series of SAAS projects running concurrently and requires a talented business process analyst to review "current state" and define or refine "to be" state
Must-Have:
- Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
- ERP project experience across Salesforce, MS Dynamics( F+O), MS Business Central
- Ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in a timely manner.
- Perform data gather, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes.
- Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
- Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable, and high quality.
- Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases.
- Work in agile-based projects and processes
