Bespoke IT Systems Trainer (ROSA) training provided for 12 months, 5 days onsite working, London, SW1

Rate Outside IR35 325 p/d

This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared and be eligible to undertake DV Security Clearance.

This role would suit an experienced Bespoke IT Systems Trainer with cross government experience. Public sector essential.

Up to 3 months Rosa training will be provided.

The Rosa Specialist is a Subject Matter Expert in the four Rosa Disciplines of Partner Account Manager (PAM), Corporate Information Manager (CIM), Rosa Trainer (RT) and Asset Manager (AT).

PAM - Complete the end to end process of onboarding users onto Rosa

Maintain monthly stats.

Disable, re enable, reset accounts.

Manage 4 main mailboxes.

CIM

Maintain SharePoint sites

RT

Deliver classroom based training.

Deliver remote training.

AT

Manage up to 500 Rosa Laptops and Mobile

Skills and Experience Skills

An IT Training Specialist

Trained and accredited by the Cabinet Office

Have cross government experience on Rosa

Microsoft SharePoint 2017 global Admin experience

Be familiar with creating self-learning packages through a variety of mediums

Experience

Have five years or more public sector IT training experience.

Have extensive experience of delivering remote training by phone and video.

Be SC cleared and prepared to become DV.

Be prepared to travel to deliver training overseas and within the UK.

Previous experience in delivering training to all Rosa elements (EU, PAM, CIM LIM)

Ideally:

Have 2 or more years Rosa user experience.

Have 2 or more years as a Rosa SharePoint end user expert.

Have 2 or more years Rosa End User Training delivery experience.

Have 2 or more years Rosa Partner Account Manager Training delivery experience.

Have 2 or more years Rosa Corporate Information Manager Training delivery.
