Agile Delivery Manager (Contract)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £600 per day + OUTSIDE IR35
 

Agile Delivery Manager -Hybrid/London- 6 months initially - £600 P/D Outside IR35

Stott & May have teamed up with a leading financial services client searching an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join an exciting new cyber security project supporting several key business units.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating agile teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in line with the Bank's standards as well as managing complex multi-national agile at scale development in a challenging environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Privilege Access Management (PAM) and Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes plus prior work ServiceNow will be seen as a bonus.

Key Requirements
- Experience of championing agile delivery practice within an a large organisation
- Experience of managing, complex multi-national, multi-team, agile at scale Developments in a challenging environment
- Prior Experience working on PAM and JML processes
- Strong Communication skills with internal stakeholders and third party negotiations
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and lean methodologies
- Understanding of ServiceNow process and it's integration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global entity on an initial 6-month contract. The position is hybrid with weekly presence required onsite in Canary Wharf, London. For the right candidate this role will pay up to £600 per day outside IR35.
