IT Service Transition Manager (Contract)
Location: Yorkshire Country: UK Rate: £550 per day
 

SCC Flex Contract: Service Transition Manager- £550 per day - Inside IR35 - Remote

As a Service Transition Manager, you will:

  • Service Review: Analyse existing IT services and roadmaps.
  • Transition Planning: Develop and implement detailed transition plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee the transition process across departments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports.
  • Ad hoc visits to the site ( Yorkshire) may be required (once a week)
  • DBS Cleared

The successful Service Transition Manager will have experience in:

  • Service Transition: ITSM, ITAM, infrastructure, networks, and security transitions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and advise C-level executives.
  • NHS Knowledge: Experience with NHS service suppliers is beneficial.
