Salesforce Delivery Director:

An award winning, Salesforce Summit partner are seeking a Delivery Director to oversee the successful delivery of multiple Salesforce projects. Established in early 2020, this consultancy have already grown to 200+ people and are renowned for their industry expertise and diverse hiring strategy.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 project/programme managers, having oversight of the portfolio of projects, as well as mentoring the team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure all projects are delivered in budget, to scope and on time at a high quality. As a new business, you will play a role in defining processes and delivery methodologies, as well as recognising opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase revenue streams.

You can perform this role from anywhere in the UK - some of the team prefer to go to their London office weekly, whereas others visit less frequently (circa 1/month). It's completely up to you!

The successful applicant will be expected to have:

• 5+ years experience delivering large scale, complex IT projects.
• Previously worked in a consulting environment - preferable for a global system integrator.
• Managed budgets in excess of £2m (portfolio of projects to exceed £4m+ annual revenue).
• Experience working on Salesforce or CRM projects (highly desirable).
• Delivered projects in the telecommunications, energy/utilities or financial services sectors (highly desirable).

Role: Salesforce Delivery Director

Location: Hybrid - London & remote.

Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 + bonus
