We are currently looking for a Product Analyst for 360e, an individual contributor role that assumes major responsibility for design, development, implementation, enhancement, and updating of existing and new expert disease and procedure classification software. Maintains good client relations by providing clinical support. Provides assistance to others in Product Development and in the Clinical Development group focusing on sharing knowledge.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Product Analyst for 360e, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Interfacing both with technical and commercial stakeholders primarily for 360 Encompass (360E) for Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia and other MEA countries.
  • Understanding and solving customer problems by writing customer user stories that reflect a solution to the problems the customer is facing.
  • Prioritize and manage customer stories into backlog while ensuring team efficiency
  • Help 360E customers realize productivity improvements and return on investment through expedited workflows and automated coding functionality in a coordinated fashion.
  • Providing and facilitating clear, concise communication with team, peers and managers including status reporting, raising critical issues, and giving constructive feedback.
  • Monitor market and act as voice of customer to 360E development team.
  • Work in a coordinated manner with 360 Product Owner(s) and Business Manager(s) to align specific country requirements to the greater 360 product roadmap.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare or Software industry in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 3+ years of HIM experience within the Australian health care industry
  • 2+ years of experience in International Business and/or Product Development
  • Strong project management skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Software industry
  • 2+ years of experience preferred in an Agile software development environment
  • Knowledge of languages other than English
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • 3+ Years of product and/or technology experience with 3M 360 Encompass and/or 3M Codefinder software
  • Experience with TFS
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, between technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
